Klauder & Company provided building programming, concept design, coordination of renderings and cost estimates, value engineering and analysis, and recommendations for the development of a proposed 20 acre site for this project.  The concept design services included site plan, multiple floor plans, building sections, building elevations and architectural narrative.  The concept design provided facilities for housing, feeding, teaching, counseling and the recreation for 30 youths between the ages of 6 and 18, and the facilities for on-site staff and administration/ office facilities.
