Klauder & Company Architects worked with Kenai Peninsula Housing Initiatives (KPHI) to provide comprehensive architectural design and construction phase services for a two-story fourplex and two-story duplex. Both buildings are low-income housing projects.  The ground floor units of the fourplex are equipped for both the mobility and the sensory impaired.
